Unwind System and Label Rewinders

Need to convert a larger roll of labels into a smaller one?  After printing your own labels do you need to roll them up?  Need to dispense rolls of tape too large for the tape dispenser?

Take-A-Label offers one un-winder and two re-winder machines to help meet those challenges.

To Unwind:

The TAKE-A-LABEL Model 100HD Unwind stand can be used in a number of applications. The standard unit offers a 12" roll capacity, fully adjustable unwind brake tensioning system and up to a 6" web capacity.  (This stand may also be used with tape dispensers to handle larger rolls of tape.)

Tal-400R

The TAKE-A-LABEL Model TAL-400R will work with almost any label printer. Automatically winding up label stock as it is provided. 

The TAL-400R can also be used as a stand alone rewind system for rewinding pre-printed labels.  This unit is shipped ready to work.  Using all steel frame construction and a high torque Bi-Directional DC motor.  The simple to use TAL-400R will provide years of trouble free service.

The TAKE-A-LABEL Model TAL-600R will work with almost any label printer.  Automatically winding up label stock as it is provided.   The unit starts and stops automatically using either a speed adjusting dancer arm or an adjustable torque switch.

The TAL-600R can also be used as a stand alone rewind system for rewinding pre-printed labels.  The TAL-600R is a complete rewind stand, no need to purchase additional parts to get the optimum performance.  This unit ships ready to use.  All steel frame construction and a high torque DC motor with replaceable brushes, the simple to use TAL-600R will provide years of trouble free service.
