Our random carton sealers are heavy duty and semi-automatic, designed for flexibility - automatically adjusting to seal random size cartons.
- The operator folds the top four flaps, and inserts the carton into the machine.
- The RSA automatically adjusts to the carton size for both height and width.
- RSA 2024 processes cartons from:
6" x 4" x 5" to inf. x 20" x 24".
Additional models for processing larger size cartons are available. - Photoelectric Sensor and PLC Controller provide flexibility and allow interface with existing systems.
- Manufactured from 10 and 12 gauge steel formed and welded for strength and rigidity.
Looking for a great way to back up a case sealer? Keep up with production by mounting a gummed tape dispenser over the conveyor. Remove a roller if the box needs tape on the bottom (for easy flip over). Gummed tape is faster and sticks better than hand held tape guns.
